David Grossman graduated from Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center in 1994 and Cum Laude from SUNY at Stony Brook with a BA in Philosophy in 1991. After working two years as a Public Defender for the Legal Aid Society in Nassau County (NY), he began practicing predominantly in the area of personal injury litigation. In 2001, Grossman focused his practice on representing residents of nursing homes who have been deprived of their rights, where he obtained numerous multi-million-dollar verdicts. More recently, Grossman turned his attention toward helping municipalities, hospitals, and Native American communities achieve restitution from those parties responsible for the Opioid Crisis in America.
